Welcome to Zaxis Interiors. By accessing our website or engaging with our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms define the rules and responsibilities between Zaxis Interiors and its clients. Please read carefully before proceeding.
Payment Terms
At Zaxis Interiors, payments help us allocate resources and start your project on time. To maintain clarity and fairness, our payment structure is as follows:
- A 50% advance payment is required before starting the project.
- The remaining balance must be cleared before the final delivery.
- Payments must be made through the invoiced channels only.
- Delayed or missed payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
Client Responsibilities
Successful completion of a project depends on clear communication and cooperation. Clients are expected to:
- Provide accurate requirements, measurements, and project details.
- Respond promptly to queries, feedback requests, and approvals.
- Review deliverables within the agreed timeline.
Without timely input, project delays may occur for which Zaxis Interiors will not be held responsible.
Revisions & Changes
We value client satisfaction and offer revisions to ensure designs meet expectations. However, revisions are subject to the following terms:
- Minor revisions within the original scope are included.
- Major changes or redesigns may lead to additional charges.
- All change requests must be provided in writing.
Intellectual Property & Ownership
All creative works developed by Zaxis Interiors are protected intellectual property. To ensure proper usage:
- Designs, drawings, and 3D models remain the property of Zaxis Interiors until full payment is received.
- After full payment, rights may be transferred as agreed in writing.
- We may use completed works in our portfolio, website, or marketing unless otherwise agreed.
Confidentiality
We respect the privacy of our clients and ensure that sensitive information is kept safe. Similarly, we expect our clients to respect our internal processes and documents.
- All shared client information is treated as confidential.
- Clients must not misuse our proprietary designs, methodologies, or strategies.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive for excellence, there are limits to our responsibility.
- Zaxis Interiors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
Termination
Projects can end before completion under specific conditions.
- Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches these terms.
- In case of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all completed work up to that date.
Updates to Terms
We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time.
- Updated versions will be posted on our website with a new effective date.
- Continued use of our services will mean acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
